K-Electric announces temporary shutdown of digital services for scheduled maintenance on July 19
K-Electric has informed its customers that all of its online digital services will be temporarily unavailable or have limited functionality because of scheduled maintenance.
According to the company, the maintenance work will take place from 12:00 am to 4:00 am on Sunday, during which customers may experience difficulty accessing several official digital platforms.

The affected services include the K-Electric mobile app, WhatsApp service and the company’s official website. During these four hours, some features may not work properly or may remain unavailable.
K-Electric has advised customers to use its official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and X, for emergency complaints or assistance while the maintenance work is underway.
The company apologised for the temporary inconvenience and requested customers to cooperate and remain patient. It said the scheduled maintenance is aimed at improving the quality and performance of its digital services.
K-Electric also assured customers that normal services will be restored as soon as the maintenance work is completed.
