The University of Toronto has opened applications for the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship 2027. The programme is one of Canada’s most prestigious scholarships for outstanding international students.

What does the scholarship cover?
The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship is fully funded for four years of undergraduate study. It covers full tuition fees, books, learning materials, compulsory university charges and full on-campus residence support.
The scholarship is available only for first-entry undergraduate degree programmes at the University of Toronto. It does not apply to graduate or transfer programmes.

The school nomination deadline is 9 October 2026. Schools must complete the nomination process before this date.
The deadline to apply for admission to the University of Toronto is 16 October 2026. Students should complete their admission applications before the closing date.
The final deadline for submitting the scholarship application is 6 November 2026. Late applications are not expected to be accepted.
