Kuwait Airways suspends all flights after airspace closure order
Kuwait Airways suspends operations after airspace closure as authorities halt all flights due to safety concerns and regional conditions. In a statement, the airline said the decision was taken as a safety precaution in line with aviation directives issued by the relevant authorities. The suspension will remain in place until further notice.
The airline added that affected flights will be rescheduled once normal operations resume. New flight timings will be announced after approval from the aviation authorities. Passengers have been given the option to change or cancel their bookings without any additional charges, including waiver of change and cancellation fees.

Travellers have been advised to stay updated through official announcements and to contact customer service for information regarding new schedules and rebooking options. Earlier, on June 4, Kuwait Airways had already suspended operations temporarily due to regional circumstances, in coordination with the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
The airline said at that time that all affected flights would be rescheduled and passengers would be informed directly using the contact details provided at the time of booking. The latest suspension highlights ongoing disruptions in regional air travel and increased safety measures being taken by aviation authorities.
