Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML), which operates under the brand name Ufone and its digital telecom brand onic, has successfully secured 5G spectrum in the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s spectrum auction held in Islamabad. The move is seen as a key milestone for the company as it prepares to introduce next-generation mobile services in the country.
PTML is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL). With this new spectrum acquisition, the company aims to further strengthen the quality, reliability, and coverage of digital connectivity for both individual users and businesses across Pakistan.
