Nasir Madni suffers heart attack during Friday sermon
Renowned religious scholar Allama Nasir Madni was shifted to a hospital in Multan after reportedly suffering a heart attack while delivering a Friday sermon at a mosque in Jahanian, Punjab. According to reports, he remains in critical condition and is receiving medical treatment.
According to media reports, Allama Nasir Madni was addressing worshippers before the Friday prayer when he suddenly became unwell during his sermon.
Eyewitnesses said the scholar recited the Kalima moments before collapsing. They claimed he completed it twice and fell from the pulpit while reciting it for the third time.

People present at the mosque immediately rushed to help him. He was given first aid at the scene before being shifted to a hospital in Multan for further treatment.
Reports also said that DSP Jahanian Malik Abdul Majeed was present at the mosque when the incident occurred.
The news has sparked concern among his followers and well-wishers, who are praying for his speedy recovery as they await further updates on his condition.
