NADRA introduces tablet counters at Karachi Mega Centers
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced the new tablet-based facility to make its services faster, easier and more convenient for visitors at its busiest Mega Centers.
With the new system, citizens can now complete different stages of the CNIC process through tablet counters, allowing applications to be processed more efficiently while reducing long queues. Many visitors welcomed the initiative, saying the updated system has made the registration process much smoother than before.

Several citizens said procedures that previously took a long time can now be completed much more quickly, making their visits to NADRA Mega Centers more convenient. The new facility is part of NADRA’s ongoing efforts to improve public service delivery by using technology to provide quicker and more efficient services.
Officials believe the tablet-based system will enhance the overall customer experience and help staff manage the increasing number of visitors more effectively. NADRA is expected to introduce similar digital initiatives at other Mega Centers across the country to make its services faster, smoother and more citizen-friendly.
