Hotel owner challenges repeated closures
A hotel owner has challenged what he says are repeated and indefinite closure orders issued by the district administration and police in Rawalpindi.
The petition was filed before the Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court through Advocate Nazakat Hussain Abbasi.
The lawyer is representing hotel owner Ahtisham ul Haq, who has questioned the legal basis of the repeated closure orders.

SP Rawal and SHO Pir Wadhai have also been included as parties in the case.
