Government to unveil Rs 200 billion loan scheme for youth

LAHORE (Web Desk): At the 6th Rectors’ Conference, Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYP) Chairman Rana Mashhood Khan revealed that Rs 200 billion in loans will be offered under this program.

Addressing the 6th Rectors’ Conference in Islamabad today, he emphasized the government’s focus on education, technical training, and other initiatives aimed at empowering young people.

Chairman PMYP, Rana Mashhood Khan, announced that the government will provide Rs 200 billion in loans this year to support youth in starting their own businesses.

Rana Mashhood Khan commended the joint efforts of the Association of Private Sector Universities Pakistan and COMSTECH for bringing together national and international higher education leaders on a single platform.

Approximately 170 Vice Chancellors and Rectors from across Pakistan, along with 40 foreign delegates representing 17 countries, participated in the event.

The conference was jointly organized by the Association of Private Sector Universities, Pakistan, and COMSTECH, in collaboration with leading Pakistani universities.
