PM Shehbaz takes another step, seeks PTI’s co-op for national progress
PM Shahbaz Sharif
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has stated that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) should move forward and allow the country to progress, as the government is ready to establish a parliamentary committee.

He emphasized that the government has provided a conducive environment for negotiations, but PTI is avoiding dialogue. Shehbaz Sharif recalled that in 2018, PTI’s founder announced the formation of a House Committee to investigate election rigging instead of a judicial commission. However, the parliamentary committee formed by the previous government was never implemented. He urged PTI to reflect on its actions, as the government is prepared to form a parliamentary committee.

The Prime Minister also addressed recent incidents of human trafficking, which resulted in loss of lives. He mentioned that the interest rate should have been reduced by an additional 2%. Additionally, he praised the security forces for eliminating six extremists, while Major Hamza Israr and Sepoy Naeem were martyred in the fight against terrorism.
