Special Judge Central Humayun Dilawar made it clear she must fully cooperate with authorities. The court granted interim pre-arrest bail to TikToker and dermatologist Dr Fazeela Abbasi. The case is linked to an allegedly illegal clinic being operated under her name.
Dr Abbasi appeared in court with her lawyer Naeem Bukhari and filed her bail request. The court approved her interim bail against surety bonds worth Rs50,000 and told her to assist investigators.

The hearing was then postponed, and the case will now be taken up again on April 15. The court stressed that her cooperation in the investigation is necessary.
Officials revealed that the Federal Investigation Agency has registered two cases against her. Both cases are related to the alleged running of an illegal clinic.
She is also facing another serious case involving money laundering. In that case, she had already secured bail earlier.
Previously, the Islamabad High Court restored her interim bail in the money laundering case. The court also directed her to approach the trial court for further legal process.
This situation came after her pre-arrest bail request was rejected due to her absence in court. The judge noted that she failed to appear despite the case being scheduled.
The court also rejected her medical excuse and called it a misuse of the concession of pre-arrest bail. This decision made her legal situation more complicated.

After the rejection, Dr Abbasi moved to the Islamabad High Court for relief. The court then granted her temporary relief and allowed her to seek bail again from the trial court.
This case shows that courts are becoming strict in such matters. Even famous personalities are not getting special treatment. It also highlights how important it is to appear in court on time. Missing hearings can make legal problems worse very quickly.
Why the TikToker should worry now?
If interim (pre-arrest) bail is cancelled again because the accused does not cooperate, the situation becomes serious and moves quickly. Here is the simple procedure:
Bail cancellation order
The court cancels the interim bail after finding non-cooperation or violation of conditions. This means the protection from arrest ends immediately.
Police/FIA can arrest
Once bail is cancelled, investigators (like FIA or police) are legally allowed to arrest the accused at any time.
Arrest and custody
After arrest, the accused is produced before the court within 24 hours. The court may send them to physical remand (for investigation) or judicial custody (jail).
Fresh bail application
The accused can file a new bail application, but it becomes harder to get relief because the court has already noted non-cooperation.
Higher court option
They can approach a higher court (like High Court) for bail. However, the court will carefully review why the earlier bail conditions were violated.
Negative impact on case
Non-cooperation creates a bad impression and weakens the accused’s position. Courts may become stricter in future hearings.
If interim bail is cancelled again, arrest becomes very likely, and getting bail again becomes much more difficult unless there is a strong justification.
