New Deadline Details
According to a public notice issued by the PM&DC on July 8, 2026, candidates can now complete online registration with the regular fee until July 13, 2026. The council has also extended the deadline for registration with a late fee until July 18, 2026.
The revised schedule supersedes the council's earlier public notice issued on June 19, 2026. Registration for MDCAT 2026 originally opened on June 22, with the regular-fee window initially set to close on July 8.

Fee Structure and Requirements
The MDCAT 2026 registration fee remains PKR 9,000 for the regular window and PKR 13,000 for late registration at test centres within Pakistan. Candidates applying through the international centre in Riyadh pay PKR 45,000 regular and PKR 55,000 late, and all fees remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
Applicants need a valid CNIC or B-Form, recent photograph, Matric and FSc certificates, and a domicile certificate to complete registration. Students under 18 must also submit a Juvenile Registration Certificate issued by NADRA, a new requirement introduced this year.
Exam Date and Eligibility
MDCAT 2026 is scheduled for Sunday, August 16, at 10:00 a.m. PST, and will be held simultaneously across all provinces. The test consists of 180 multiple-choice questions covering Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English and Logical Reasoning, to be completed within three hours.
PM&DC has advised applicants to regularly check its official website for further updates on the registration process. Candidates awaiting their FSc results may still register provisionally, though admission remains contingent on submitting verified results later.
