Six-year-old boy found dead after alleged assault in Karachi
Police said Wali, the only brother among four sisters, was abducted from outside his residence on Monday evening. His family searched for him for several hours before reporting him missing.
Unable to locate him, the family filed a kidnapping case at Napier Police Station. The search continued through the night and into the following day.

The child's body was later discovered stuffed inside a sack in Punjabi Gali, a street in the Napier area. Police said the body showed visible signs of torture.
Officials shifted the body to Civil Hospital Karachi for a post-mortem examination. Investigators said the precise cause of death would only be confirmed once the post-mortem report is finalized.
Local residents gathered outside Civil Hospital following news of the boy's death, and neighbours reportedly handed a suspect over to police. Wali's parents have appealed publicly for justice and demanded swift action against those responsible.
Cases of child sexual abuse and murder have drawn repeated public outrage in Karachi and across Pakistan in recent years, prompting periodic protests and calls for stronger child-protection measures. Authorities have not yet released the identity of the suspect handed over to police or confirmed formal charges.
