10-year-old girl found dead at Lahore’s tuition centre
The initial autopsy report indicated a clear ligature mark around the girl's neck, concluding that death was caused by hanging, and noted no other signs of physical violence or struggle on her body. Police said the washroom door where the girl was found had not been locked when the incident came to light.
Investigators have sent fingerprints and other evidence collected from the scene to a forensic laboratory for analysis, and the property owner has been taken into custody as the investigation continues. Police had earlier registered a murder case on the complaint of the girl's father, Muhammad Adnan.

The girl, identified as Naima, had gone to attend classes at the tuition centre, where she had been studying for about a year and a half, before being found unconscious inside the washroom.
Teachers, family members, and local residents broke open the washroom door after noticing she was missing, and she was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
Police said the tuition centre operates out of a private residence run by two sisters, where 15 to 20 neighbourhood girls regularly attend classes, and local residents said children had studied there for a long time without any prior incident.
Investigation underway
The girl's father recounted receiving a call informing him she had fallen unconscious, and said, "I believe someone has done this to my daughter. Who could do such a thing to children?"
The incident comes less than two weeks after 14 children died when the roof of a separate tutoring centre collapsed in Lahore.
