TikToker Bilal Marth arrested in illegal arms case, sent to judicial remand
According to reports, CCD police had arrested Bilal Marth and seven other individuals last week during an operation. The suspects were allegedly present at a wedding ceremony where they were openly displaying weapons.
Police took immediate action after the incident came to light and registered a case against all the accused persons.
During the court hearing, after listening to arguments from both sides, the judge ordered that all the accused be sent to jail on judicial remand.

Police said further investigations are ongoing into the case, including checking the source of the weapons and other legal aspects.

Officials also stated that the accused were asked to provide licenses and legal documents for the weapons recovered from them. However, they failed to produce the required paperwork on the spot.

Due to the absence of valid documents, the police arrested the suspects and initiated legal proceedings against them.
Authorities said the investigation will continue to determine whether the weapons were legally obtained or linked to any illegal supply network.
