The reconciliation leads to the withdrawal of petition for interim bail of her husband.

The petition for interim bail was heard by an additional session judge, where the defense argued that the case was based on false allegations from the wife. The petition stated that the matter was a domestic issue, and the court should grant interim bail.

During the hearing, both parties submitted a reconciliation agreement to the court. Nargis  counsel informed the court that the couple s elders had played a role in resolving the matter, and Nargis had forgiven her husband at their request.

As per agreement, neither party would breach the terms of the settlement. Following this reconciliation, Majid Bashir withdrew his interim bail, and the court dismissed the request.

Earlier, the actress had filed an assault case against her husband at the Defence C Police Station.
