Muslims around the world observe fasting during the holy month of Ramazan, which has sparked questions about whether Kareena Kapoor, married to actor Saif Ali Khan, participates.
In a resurfaced video, Kareena responds to a reporter asking about fasting, saying, “No, I am eating 24×7.” When asked if she has ever kept roza, she adds, “No, not at all. I have never done that in my life.”
Kareena and Saif fell in love during the shooting of their 2008 film Tashan and married in a private civil ceremony in Mumbai in October 2012.
The couple has two sons, Taimur and Jeh, and celebrates festivals from both religions, including Holi and Diwali. Kareena has not converted to Islam.

In an old interview, Saif Ali Khan also emphasized that he would never want Kareena to change her religion. “I would never want her to change her religion. That is the trouble with religion really… it expects conversion. I don’t buy or believe that,” he said, adding that the Special Marriage Act allows couples to marry without changing faith.
