(Web Desk): Iran’s Revolutionary Guards dismiss Trump’s deal claims, insisting no oil price rollback or system changes without Tehran’s approval.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has rejected claims by former US President Donald Trump that Tehran is willing to negotiate a nuclear deal. The IRGC’s spokesperson, Ebrahim Zolfaghari, made the remarks in a strongly worded statement on Tuesday.

Zolfaghari criticized Trump, saying that internal divisions in the United States are so deep that he is negotiating on his own and that Tehran will not recognize his failures as a deal. “Without Iran’s consent, old oil prices will not return, nor will the previous system,” he said.

He added that any plans for action against Iran should be abandoned, emphasizing, “Our first and last word is clear: we will not follow you.” The statement signals Tehran’s firm stance against external pressure and reaffirms its sovereignty over oil policy and national systems.

Trump had previously claimed that Iran’s new leadership is ready to negotiate and that the country has agreed not to pursue nuclear weapons. He also suggested that Iran had offered a significant concession related to oil and gas, calling it a “major gift” to the United States.

Zolfaghari’s remarks, however, dismiss these assertions as false and highlight Iran’s unwillingness to compromise on critical issues. Analysts believe this exchange further complicates the already tense US-Iran relations, keeping the region on high alert amid ongoing geopolitical disputes.
