Gold rates increase significantly in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (Suno News): The price of gold per tola increased by Rs2,500, settling Rs280,500 in Pakistan.

The price of 10-gram of gold surged by Rs2,143, reaching at Rs240,483, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The gold prices witnessed a significant rise due to increase in priced in international market.

The gold price per tola had already increased by Rs3,700, selling at Rs278,000. The increase in local prices caused by the significant rise of rates in the international gold market.

The international price of gold increased by $25, closing at $2,693 per ounce, with a premium of $20.

However, the prices of Silver prices remained same, settling at Rs3,450 per tola.

Last month, gold prices saw a significant rise, reaching an all-time high of Rs287,900 per tola.
