(Web Desk): OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has made a stunning prediction about the future that is hard to believe.

According to Sam Altman, artificial intelligence (AI) will bring dramatic changes in the next few years.

He believes that in 10 years, students will have job opportunities that now seem like the stuff of science fiction movies or novels. During an interview, Sam Altman said that in 2035, university students will likely leave the classroom and enter spacecraft directly.

He said that graduating students will go to college as well as embark on missions to explore the solar system, and this will be their job.

He further explained that these jobs will be completely new and exciting, while the salaries will also be much better, in fact, the jobs of the current era will seem boring in comparison. He joked that future workers might feel bad for their elders who had to do boring work.

By the way, his prediction is a bit more surprising, but the space industry is moving forward very quickly. The US space agency NASA has planned to send humans to Mars in the 2030s. SpaceX, Blue Origin and other companies are working on building centers on the moon. Plans are also being made to extract minerals from asteroids and explore deep space.

Sam Altman predicts a bright future for the younger generation, but he has different views about middle-aged people. He said that a 22-year-old would easily adopt new AI-based tools, but it may be difficult for a 62-year-old to change himself.

Sam Altman said that the youth of the current era are the luckiest youth in history, entering a world where AI technology will assist in almost every type of work. He said that the real power of AI lies in replacing existing jobs and creating entirely new ones.

He said that GPT5 and other similar models will give people the opportunity to run companies alone that previously required hundreds of employees to run.
