iPhone 18 Pro free deal: What customers need to know
Who can get the iPhone 18 Pro?
T-Mobile has introduced the offer through its special “Experience Beyond” plan for selected customers. The deal is available to two main groups of users under the company’s stated conditions.
Customers who move their existing mobile number from another network to T-Mobile can qualify for the offer. Existing T-Mobile customers may also qualify by trading in an eligible old phone.
How does the free phone deal work?
The full price of the iPhone 18 Pro will not be given as an upfront cash discount. Instead, T-Mobile will provide the discount through 36 monthly billing credits.
This means customers need to remain on the required active T-Mobile plan for three years to receive the full benefit. If a customer changes the plan or ends the service before that period, they may have to pay the remaining balance.
Customers still face some costs
Although the phone’s main price can be fully covered through the credits, customers will still have some upfront expenses. They must pay the applicable local sales tax on the phone’s full price, along with a $35 device connection fee for each new or transferred line.
The offer therefore does not mean that customers pay nothing at the start. The main phone cost is covered over time, while taxes and other charges may still apply.
Offer limited to the United States
The special offer is currently available only to customers living in the United States. Its limited-period nature means eligible users need to check the plan conditions before signing up.
The deal also requires customers to understand the 36-month commitment and billing-credit system. Leaving the plan early could reduce the financial benefit and result in additional payments.
The offer may look like a completely free iPhone 18 Pro, but it comes with important conditions. Customers need to stay with the required plan for three years to receive all the monthly credits.
The upfront taxes and $35 connection fee also mean the phone is not completely free from every cost. Customers should check the full terms before joining the offer.
