Pakistan unveil 2026-27 international series schedule
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has approved the budget for the national men’s and women’s cricket series for the 2026-27 financial year. The schedule includes several international tours, a tri-series, and domestic tournaments.
According to reports, Pakistan’s men’s team will take part in a tri-series featuring Ireland and Zimbabwe during the 2026-27 season. It will be the team’s second tri-series assignment, as Pakistan is also scheduled to play Sri Lanka and England in a tri-nation ODI series later this year.
Ireland’s men’s team is also expected to play a Test match during their tour of Pakistan. The PCB has planned a busy home season, with Sri Lanka and New Zealand also scheduled to tour the country.
Sri Lanka will play two Test matches and three T20Is during their tour, while New Zealand will face Pakistan in a two-match Test series. Pakistan’s men’s team will also travel to Ireland for a one-off Test before touring England, where they are scheduled to play five One-Day Internationals and one red-ball match.

The Pakistan women’s team will host New Zealand for a three-match T20I series before travelling to the West Indies for three ODIs and three T20Is. Pakistan Shaheens are also set to tour Australia for eight T20 matches during the next financial year. Meanwhile, England Under-19 will tour Pakistan for three One-Day matches and two three-day fixtures.
The Sri Lanka Under-17 team is also scheduled to tour Pakistan. In addition, the PCB will host a Women’s Under-19 tri-series featuring Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Reports further stated that the PCB Governing Board has also approved the men’s domestic, women’s domestic, and regional-level tournaments for the 2026-27 financial year, highlighting a busy cricket calendar at all levels.
