Pakistan hosting Sri Lanka, England for T20Is, ODI tri-series and Tests
The schedule will include a three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka, followed by an ODI tri-series involving England and Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka to begin with T20Is
October 4: Sri Lanka will arrive in Pakistan for the tour. The visitors will begin their international schedule with a three-match T20I series against Pakistan.
October 9: Pakistan and Sri Lanka will play the first T20I at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The second and third matches will follow at the same venue.
October 11: The second T20I between Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be played in Rawalpindi. Both teams will look to build momentum before the final match.
October 13: The third T20I will complete Sri Lanka’s opening series against Pakistan. The match will also mark the end of the T20I leg of the tour.
England joins ODI tri-series
October 18: Pakistan will face Sri Lanka in the opening match of the ODI tri-series at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. England will then enter the action against Pakistan.

November 9-13: Pakistan and Sri Lanka will play the first Test at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The match will be part of the ICC World Test Championship 2025-27.
November 17-21: The second Test will be held at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The match will complete Sri Lanka’s tour of Pakistan.
Pakistan expands home cricket calendar
The Sri Lanka series will be Pakistan’s second home Test assignment of the current World Test Championship cycle. South Africa previously toured Pakistan for a two-Test series in October last year.
Pakistan will also host an ODI tri-series for the second consecutive year. The country hosted New Zealand and South Africa in a three-nation ODI tournament in February last year before the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
The packed schedule will give Pakistan a rare opportunity to play T20Is, ODIs and Tests at home within a short period. It will also bring two strong international teams to Pakistan for a series of high-profile matches.
