The Punjab government has officially extended the deadline for applications under the CM Punjab Laptop Program 2026, providing relief to thousands of students across the province.

According to the latest notification, eligible candidates can now submit their applications until March 20, 2026. The extension has been announced to accommodate students who could not complete the process earlier due to academic commitments or technical issues.

Officials stated that the initiative is part of the provincial government’s broader digital empowerment strategy aimed at equipping talented and deserving students with modern technological tools. Under the scheme, laptops will be distributed to students enrolled in public sector universities and colleges across Punjab.
