(Web Desk): Families of 36 victims of the Tarlai terror attack received Rs 50 lakh each in compensation from Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has personally ensured that compensation checks have been delivered to the families of the victims of the February 6 terror attack at Khadija-tul-Kubra Imambargah in Tarlai, Islamabad.

A total of 36 families from Islamabad, whose loved ones were martyred in the attack, have each received checks worth Rs 50 lakh, fulfilling the Prime Minister’s earlier promise made during his visit to the Imambargah on February 11.

Additionally, checks are being dispatched to the families of four more victims from Tunsa Sharif, Talagang, Astor, and Skardu, ensuring nationwide support for all affected households.

This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to providing immediate financial relief to families affected by terrorism and tragic incidents. The distribution of these checks directly to the homes of victims’ families demonstrates the administration’s emphasis on transparency and timely aid.
