NADRA Pak ID app sees new download records as digital services surge
The NADRA digital services are becoming more widely adopted by citizens. The Pak ID app has now crossed over 18.1 million total downloads.
Officials said that from November 2025 to May 2026, downloads increased at record speed. In just seven months, the app recorded 8.17 million new downloads.
Android users remain the largest group on the platform with over 7.13 million downloads. iOS users also showed steady growth, crossing 1.05 million downloads.
From March to May 2026, a total of 1,361,537 applications were submitted through the app. Citizens are now choosing digital services instead of visiting NADRA offices.
In March 2026 alone, more than 396,000 applications were processed through Pak ID. Usage continued rising every month as trust in the system increased.

April 2026 saw applications increase to 447,799, showing strong momentum in digital adoption. In May 2026, the number further rose to 517,696 applications.
The Pak ID app now offers CNIC services, B forms, family registration certificates, and other documents. Citizens can complete these services easily from home without long waiting lines.
The trend shows Pakistan is quickly moving toward digital identity services. People now prefer mobile apps over physical office visits for faster processing. If growth continues, NADRA’s digital system may become the main service channel in the future.
