Lahore residents can now challenge traffic e-challans they believe were issued incorrectly through an online review facility, making the process easier and more convenient for motorists.

Lahore Traffic Police said citizens can submit their complaints through the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) e-challan portal without physically visiting a traffic police office.

How to Challenge an E-Challan

Motorists must first visit the official PSCA e-challan portal and enter the required information to locate the relevant challan. After opening the ticket, applicants can carefully check the violation details and select the “Review” option if they believe the challan was issued incorrectly.

Applicants will then need to provide the required information and submit their review request online. The authorities will examine the complaint and review the disputed challan before making a decision.

Decision After Review

Once the review process is completed, the applicant will be informed about the outcome. This allows motorists to raise objections without making repeated visits to traffic police offices.
