CM Afridi had arrived at Adiala Jail to meet Imran Khan, but police stopped him from entering. In response, he announced that the sit-in would continue until the meeting is allowed.
Speaking to the media, Afridi said that neither Imran Khan’s sisters, doctors, lawyers, nor political leaders have been allowed to meet him since October 27. He expressed growing concern over the situation and warned that if this continues, they may have to take the “last available course of action.”
Afridi also noted that Imran Khan, the country’s most popular leader, has not met anyone for a month. Reports from international media are causing public anxiety, which he believes is being worsened deliberately.

He cautioned that if public unrest increases and the situation worsens, the Punjab and federal governments, along with the jail superintendent, will be responsible. Afridi urged authorities to disprove the negative international media reports and allow the PTI chief to meet people freely.
