The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has launched the MARKAZ Industry Facilitation Center, a one-window platform offering round-the-clock assistance to IT and IT-enabled service providers.
The center will guide businesses on registration, regulatory clearances, and compliance requirements involving agencies such as SECP, PTA, EOBI, Social Security, and provincial labour departments. It will also provide support on documentation and address operational or policy-related hurdles faced by companies.

Officials said MARKAZ will coordinate directly with government departments to help resolve issues that often slow down growth in the tech sector. The 24/7 facility will assist with export-related procedures, regulatory matters, and industry-specific challenges.
The Ministry of IT & Telecom and PSEB described MARKAZ as a key initiative to support a business-friendly environment and improve the country’s overall digital infrastructure.
