The messages have opened a new Pandora’s Box, with accusations of internal party affairs and false narratives.

Aleema Khan sent a WhatsApp message to Rauf Hasan on 23 June 2023, in which she referred to a message attributed to Bushra Bibi.

In the said message, Bushra Bibi mentioned meeting the PTI founder in jail and claimed that she was not allowed to meet the PTI founder alone.

The message tried to spread propaganda about the PTI founder’s death in jail by quoting a fake conversation.

Aleema Khan shared this message with Rauf Hassan and expressed her concern over it and called it nonsense.

She instructed Rauf Hasan not to publicise the message of Bushra Bibi, as the PTI founder never spoke to Bushra Bibi.

“This is nonsense! Their disinformation cell trying to prepare the people!!

You need to counter this nonsense

IK said no such thing to bushra bibi,” Aleema Khan instructed Rauf Hasan.

The chat shows internal rifts within the PTI. It shows that different within the party are trying to seize power.
