·         CNIC Issuance Date: As shown on your CNIC

·         CNIC Expiry Date

·         Father/Husband’s Name

·         Date of Birth (as per CNIC)

·         Gender

·         Email Address

·         Mobile Number

·         Mother’s Name

·         Vehicle Ownership: Select No if you do not own any vehicle

Electric vehicle ownership

·         Loan History: Select No if applying for the first time

·         NTN: Optional field

How to apply?

Step 1: Create an Account on PAVE.gov.pk

• Visit the official website and complete the signup form.
• Required information: Full Name, CNIC number with issuance and expiry dates, Date of Birth, Father/Husband’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Email, Mobile Number, and Address.
• Choose a secure password and submit.

Step 2: Email Verification

• After signup, a confirmation link will be sent to your email.
• Click the link to activate your account.

Step 3: Application Form

• Log in and choose Financing Type (Self-Finance or Bank Lease).
• Select Application Type (Individual or Fleet Owner).
• Provide Employment Status (Salaried, Self-Employed, or Student).

Step 4: Personal & Vehicle Information

• Enter marital status, dependents, and driving/transport experience.
• Choose your vehicle type (E-Bike or Rickshaw), manufacturer, model, price, and usage (personal or commercial).
• Select your preferred bank (NBP, UBL, etc.) and download your installment plan.

Step 5: References

Provide two references with complete details including CNIC, mobile number, and relationship.

Step 6: Upload Documents

• Upload CNIC (front & back), recent photo, salary slip, utility bill, and any required documents.
• Formats allowed: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF (Max 200KB per image, 2MB for PDF).

Step 7: Final Declaration

• Confirm all details, accept loan terms and submit your application.

After Submission

• PAVE and NADRA verify applicant details.
• Banks assess loan eligibility.
• Shortlisted candidates are informed via SMS or email.
