PIA’s Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, Malik Bilal Ahmed, told PTV that the expansion comes in response to more than 200,000 annual passengers traveling between Riyadh and Pakistan—mostly members of the expatriate Pakistani community. He emphasized upgraded in-flight entertainment, seamless booking, and streamlined check-in experiences aimed at ensuring a hassle-free journey. In October, these services are set to commence and will boost and enhance connectivity significantly.

This move not only reaffirms PIA’s long-standing commitment to improving services for the Pakistani diaspora but also provides linked connectivity with comfort, ensuring convenience above all else by bringing forth modern amenities and stronger international links that bring communities closer—one flight at a time.
