A training aircraft of PAF crashes near Risalpur

PESHAWAR (Web Desk): A training K8 aircraft of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) crashed in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa's Risalpur.
The jet pilot, Squadron Leader Ahmed Mian, was martyred as he could not eject from the aircraft.
According to details, the aircraft crashed into the field just a short distance from the runway. The jet was performing a routine low-level flight after taking off from the Asghar Khan Academy in Risalpur.
The senior military officials reached the spot as they receive the crash report. Personnel from the Air Force, Army, and Police took control of the area and started probe into the indent.
As the jet crashed, fire erupted which was controlled successfully by the fire brigade. The rescue teams transferred the body of the martyred pilot to the hospital. The Pakistan Air Force has launched an inquiry to assess the cause of the crash.
