Speaking at a rally and charity event in Hyderabad, Siddiqui criticized Afghan groups for supporting terrorists who carry out blasts and kill innocent Pakistanis, despite decades of Pakistani hospitality toward Afghan refugees.
He paid tribute to Pakistan’s soldiers defending the western borders and lauded those who sacrificed their lives in the fight against terrorism. Siddiqui also criticized the Afghan Taliban for supporting terrorists once they came to power.
The MQM-P chief asserted that groups claiming to focus on Islamisation are actually Indian proxies using terrorism to destabilize Pakistan. He recalled the sacrifices of around 100,000 Pakistanis in the war on terror, which has roots in Afghanistan.
Siddiqui highlighted his party’s focus on humanitarian service over politics. He praised the work of the Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF), the MQM-P’s charity wing, which will mark 50 years of service in 2028. He emphasized the foundation’s door-to-door assistance approach, helping people quietly without publicity.

“Some people support MQM-P to get personal benefits, but I salute those who join to serve humanity,” he said.
Referring to global conflicts, including US and Israeli actions against Iran, Siddiqui warned that the world may be approaching a third world war. He advised party workers and volunteers to stock fuel and water, not just for themselves, but to help the wider community.
MQM-P leaders, including Shabir Ahmed Qaimkhani, Saleem Razzak, and Zafar Ahmed Siddiqui, noted that despite the party facing difficulties over the last decade, KKF has continued its welfare activities uninterrupted.
