According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), a group of four Khawarij attempted to enter the FC headquarters in Mohmand district.

Security forces effectively foiled their attempt to enter the headquarters and eliminated them. They also launched a sanitisation operation in the area to eliminate other Khawarij possibly hiding in the area.

Security forces are determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country, the ISPR reaffirmed the vow.

On the other hand, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid tribute to the security forces for thwarting the attack of Khawarij on the FC headquarters in Mohmand district and said that the security forces foiled the nefarious intentions of the cowardly enemy who attacked in the dark.

He said that the brave sons of soil sent the four terrorists of Fitnah-ul-Khawarij to Hell. “I congratulate the security forces team for thwarting the attack and singing the terrorists to Hell.”

He said the security forces of Pakistan are determined to end the evil existence of the terrorists of Fitnah-ul-Khawarij.

“The brave men of the security forces have always foiled the terrorist activities by taking timely action which the nation can be rightly proud of,” he pointed out.
