Punjab Police get approval to bring Anmol Pinky to Lahore for questioning
According to reports, police teams from different divisions of Lahore Police are preparing to travel to Karachi to take custody of Anmol alias Pinky.
The approval came after requests submitted to the relevant court and the Home Department. Officials believe the move will help strengthen the ongoing Punjab Police interrogation process.
Sources say at least five separate cases linked to the Anmol Pinky case have been registered in Lahore. Investigators hope that bringing the suspect to the provincial capital will help uncover more details connected to the allegations.
The Lahore Police investigation is expected to focus on evidence collected from both Karachi and Lahore.
Authorities are attempting to determine whether the cases registered in different cities are interconnected and whether additional suspects may be involved.
Meanwhile, the Karachi drug case continues to expand. Investigators have requested permission to conduct forensic testing of several voice notes that surfaced during the inquiry.
Police claim the recordings may contain important evidence, while Anmol alias Pinky has reportedly denied that the voice in the recordings belongs to her.

The Punjab Police interrogation is also expected to examine financial records. Investigators have submitted details of bank accounts and digital wallets allegedly used in transactions connected to the case. Authorities are reviewing these records to trace possible financial links.
In another development, two individuals named in the investigation have approached a court seeking removal of their names from the case.
They argue they have no connection to Anmol alias Pinky or the alleged activities under investigation.
Earlier, a judicial magistrate allowed the suspect to remain in custody without being physically produced in court because of security concerns. However, authorities have been directed to present her whenever required by the court.
The Lahore Police investigation gained further attention after reports suggested that the suspect named several individuals during questioning.
These claims have increased public interest in the matter and added a new dimension to the ongoing Karachi drug case.
Officials believe the transfer approval marks a significant step in the Anmol Pinky case. The upcoming Punjab Police interrogation could provide investigators with additional information and help connect evidence gathered from multiple locations.
