The meeting of the Judicial Commission is scheduled to be held on November 25 at 2:00 PM in the Supreme Court.
The meeting will focus on the confirmation of additional judges in the High Courts. Members of the commission are expected to discuss a proposed data form prepared by the Judicial Commission Secretariat.
According to the meeting agenda. the new data form has been designed to evaluate additional judges based on their performance, legal expertise, number of judicial decisions, work efficiency, and professional standards, and will guide the confirmation process.

Legal experts and media circles are viewing this meeting as an effort to enhance transparency in the judiciary and make the appointment process for higher judiciary more effective.
Key decisions regarding the implementation of the data form and the future appointment process of judges are expected during this session.
Three additional JCP meetings have been scheduled for December 2. These sessions, chaired by CJP Afridi, will be the first formal meetings of the commission concerning appointments to the superior judiciary following the 27th Constitutional Amendment.
According to the agenda for the first meeting, the commission will consider the appointment of the chief justice of the Sindh High Court, reviewing the names of the court's three most senior judges.
The second meeting will address the appointment of a permanent chief justice of the Balochistan High Court, where the names of the top three senior judges will be reviewed.
In the third meeting, the commission will discuss the appointment of one judge from the Islamabad High Court to the Supreme Court.
