The Seoul Metropolitan Government Economic Development Cooperation Fund has officially opened applications for the Seoul Tech Scholarship 2026, creating a major opportunity for Pakistani students seeking a fully funded master’s degree in STEM fields in South Korea.
The scholarship is open to international students, including Pakistanis, who wish to pursue graduate studies in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) at leading Korean universities. The program aims to attract global talent and support Seoul’s growing innovation-driven industries.

Eligible applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree, be under 40 years of age, and have secured at least 80% marks or a minimum GPA of 2.64 out of 4.0. Selected candidates will receive full tuition coverage, a monthly living stipend, health insurance, and airfare support, ensuring a completely tuition-free study experience.
Applicants are required to submit their applications online or via postal service to the Seoul Scholarship Foundation no later than March 6, 2026. Mandatory documents include academic transcripts, a personal statement, study plan, recommendation letters, and proof of nationality.
