IHC schedules summer vacation from July 1

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has announced its annual summer vacations, with an official notification issued regarding the court’s holiday schedule for 2026.

According to the notification, summer vacations at the Islamabad High Court will be observed from July 1 to August 31, 2026.

The notification was issued by Registrar Muhammad Yar Walana following approval from the Chief Justice.

Earlier, the Lahore High Court (LHC) also announced its summer vacation schedule.

According to the notification, the Lahore High Court will observe summer vacations from July 6 to September 5, 2026.

The announcement sets the annual court recess schedule for both high courts and outlines the period during which regular judicial proceedings will remain limited.
