Using a state of the art 5G robotic system, the hospital carried out 100 successful robotic surgeries within just 10 weeks. These included gynecology procedures, general surgeries, and urology operations.
Dr. Farooq Saeed Khan said, “In all 100 robotic surgeries, there were no deaths or complications, making it a unique record for Pakistan.”
According to Dr Armaghan Ahmed, robotic surgeries are more expensive than conventional operations, but they are significantly safer and more effective. Experts believe that this technology will open new avenues for advanced medical treatment in Pakistan and is expected to expand into more specialties in the future.
