The singer has been the subject of various controversies for the past few years, including her engagement and breakup with actor Shahbaz Shigri and her verbal altercation with singer and music composer Sahir Ali Bagga over the song "Funkari".

Due to all these controversies, Aima Baig revealed in the past that she suffered from severe mental stress.

Now, she has shared some Instagram stories in which she can be seen on a plane and later at Dubai Airport.

“Byebye Pakistan – for awhile Im gonna miss my country, since i’m leaving for a certain period of time rather than just a week or two or month

“Wish i wasnt leaving this unhappy but IK ALLAH will fix everything – even the mental stress and state we go through everyday.”

In another Instagram story, she wrote: “Even the clouds are cryin that i’m leaving for this long lol

“But yo – seriously its RAINING CATS AND DOGs OUTSIDE TF

“Lets hope – it wont be my last Umrah”

In another Instagram story, she said: “Sorry to all those i couldnt meet before leaving but somewhere in life – we’ll meet again”

The singer said in the last story that everyone is asking her about leaving Pakistan. She asked her fans not to worry, for she was not going anywhere. She said she will come back. She said she loves music, and she has just started creating music. She said to her fans she was not going to give up on them so easily.
