The case was filed under the PECA at Nishtar Colony police station, including sections related to hurting religious sentiments.

The complaint was lodged by Syed Haider Ali Shah Gilani from Sant Nagar, Lahore, mentioning Rajab Butt’s recent perfume launch, which sparked severe backlash from various circles.

Police stated that investigations are ongoing and legal action will be taken accordingly.

It is worth noting that the YouTuber has previously been in the news for his controversial statements and social media content, leading to multiple cases against him.

In December last year, Lahore police arrested Rajab Butt for possessing a lion cub and firearms without a license. He was later released on bail.

The police, accompanied by the Wildlife Department, raided his house, and sources claimed that an illegal Kalashnikov was also recovered from him.
