Web Desk: Gold price in Pakistan has fallen again after international gold rates declined, with the local price dropping to Rs466,136 per tola.

Gold rate drops by Rs1,800

The price of gold fell by Rs1,800 per tola on Monday, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association.

The latest decline pushed the gold price in Pakistan to Rs466,136 per tola.

The price of 10-gram gold also decreased by Rs1,543. It fell to Rs399,636, giving some relief to buyers who have been closely watching the market.

The latest movement comes after gold had already ended the previous trading session at Rs467,936 per tola.

On Saturday, gold lost Rs15,100 during the session, showing how sharply prices have been moving in the local market.

International gold prices also fall

The decline in local rates followed a fall in the international gold market.

The global price of gold dropped by $18 to $4,436 per ounce, including a $20 premium.

International market movements have a direct impact on local bullion prices, which is why traders and buyers closely monitor global rates.

The latest fall in international prices has now been reflected in the domestic market.

The gold price in Pakistan could continue to move depending on what happens in global markets and other factors affecting bullion demand.

Silver moves in the opposite direction

While gold became cheaper, silver prices moved higher in Pakistan.

The price of silver increased by Rs67 per tola, reaching Rs7,179.

The different movements in gold and silver show that precious metal prices can react differently to changes in market conditions.

For customers planning to buy jewellery or bullion, the latest figures may influence purchasing decisions.

What does the latest fall mean?

The reduction in gold prices means buyers will pay slightly less than they did during the previous session.

However, the market remains highly sensitive to international movements, so prices could change again quickly.

For investors, the recent decline is another sign of continued volatility in the precious metals market.

The gold rate in Pakistan remains near a very high level despite the latest daily fall, keeping the market under close watch.
