KIA car prices go up by Rs700,000

(Web Desk): KIA has raised the prices of a number of its models with the new rates taking effect from July 1, 2025.

KIA has cited various reasons for this price hike. According to the official circular, the price increase is the consequence of a number of economic pressures, such as the Federal Budget s imposition of the NEV Levy, the Pakistani Rupee s continuous depreciation and growing international freight costs.

The business claimed that it had no choice but to raise prices in order to cover these rising expenses. Depending on the type of car, the price hikes in the new list range from PKR 95,000 to PKR 700,000.

New Kia Car Prices 

  • The Picanto AT was Rs. 3,940,000, now it’s Rs. 4,090,000 — an increase of Rs. 150,000.
  • The Stonic EX+ was Rs. 5,500,000, now revised to Rs. 5,999,000 — a rise of Rs. 499,000.
  • The Stonic EX had an old price of Rs. 4,767,000, now it’s Rs. 4,862,000 — increased by Rs. 95,000.
  • The Sportage L Alpha was previously Rs. 8,499,000, and is now Rs. 8,899,000 — a difference of Rs. 400,000.
  • The Sorento HEV AWD jumped from Rs. 15,999,000 to Rs. 16,699,000 — an increase of Rs. 700,000.
  • The Sorento HEV AWD – EMI was Rs. 16,499,000, now it’s Rs. 17,199,000 — a rise of Rs. 700,000.
  • The Carnival moved from Rs. 17,500,000 to Rs. 18,200,000 — increased by Rs. 700,000.
  • The EV5 Air remains unchanged at Rs. 18,500,000 — no difference.
  • The EV5 Earth also remains the same at Rs. 23,500,000 — no change.
  • The continues to be priced at Rs. 43,200,000 — no change.
  • The Sportage L FWD moved from Rs. 9,999,000 to Rs. 10,499,000 — a hike of Rs. 500,000.
  • The Sportage L HEV was Rs. 10,999,000, now priced at Rs. 11,599,000 — an increase of Rs. 600,000.
  • The Sorento 3.5L V6 has gone from Rs. 13,499,000 to Rs. 13,899,000 — up by Rs. 400,000.
  • The Sorento 3.5L V6 – EMI was Rs. 13,999,000, now it’s Rs. 14,399,000 — an increase of Rs. 400,000.
  • The Sorento HEV FWD has increased from Rs. 14,699,000 to Rs. 15,299,000 — a difference of Rs. 600,000.
  • The Sorento HEV FWD – EMI rose from Rs. 15,199,000 to Rs. 15,799,000 — up by Rs. 600,000.

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: Revised pricing will apply to all orders invoiced on or after July 1, 2025.

Additional Charges: Any newly imposed government duties or fluctuations in currency rates will be charged to the customer accordingly.

Ex-Factory Basis: The listed prices exclude freight and insurance costs.
