The issuance process of CNIC is now streamlined by NADRA to decrease long lines. Biker service for Karachi residents has been increased by authorities from 3 to 8 units, which makes home delivery options for card renewal or similar services much more efficient and productive.

CNIC renewal and related services can now be accessed via biker service across all of Karachi by residents, stated Director General Amir Ali Khan.

He also added that a roadshow was held in Karachi to raise awareness about the Pak ID mobile application, along with the roadshow promotional campaigns that were done at shopping malls, schools and universities. All the technical issues in Pak ID have been fixed and the application has been updated as well.
