(Web Desk): Allied Bank customers are facing banking problems as the myABL app and several transaction services remain unavailable across Pakistan.

Users have reported difficulties accessing digital banking, making payments and completing fund transfers.

The disruption has reportedly continued for several hours, creating problems for customers who depend on mobile and card-based banking.
Reports also suggest that ATM, point-of-sale (POS) and fund-transfer services may be affected.

myABL app and other services affected

According to TechJuice, the myABL app is facing a widespread outage, while ATM, POS and fund-transfer transactions have also reportedly been affected.
Pakistan Observer has separately reported problems with Allied Bank’s mobile app and internet banking services.

The exact reason for the outage has not been confirmed by Allied Bank.
The bank has not publicly said whether the problem is linked to a technical fault, system maintenance, connectivity issues or another cause.

Allied Bank provides digital banking through myABL, including mobile and internet banking services.
It also offers ATM, debit-card and other digital payment facilities, with its digital system designed to support banking services around the clock.

Customers wait for restoration

The disruption has left many customers waiting for their banking services to return, especially those using the app and cards for payments and transfers.
Customers may also face difficulties with account-related transactions until the affected systems are fully restored.

Allied Bank’s official website lists its 24/7 Contact Center for customer assistance.
Customers can contact the bank at 042-111-225-225 or 1222 for help with service-related problems.

Customers should avoid repeatedly trying failed transactions until the bank confirms that services are working normally.
This is particularly important when a transaction fails but the customer’s account may already have been debited.

The outage shows how much customers now depend on digital banking for everyday payments and transfers. Even a temporary technical problem can create major difficulties when several services are affected at the same time.

The main concern for customers is when normal services will return.
A clear update from Allied Bank could help customers understand the problem and avoid unnecessary repeated transactions.

Allied Bank has yet to provide a detailed public explanation of the disruption.
Further information is expected as the bank works to restore the affected services.
