Hajj minister inspects pilgrim services at Jeddah airport
Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Tawfig Al-Rabiah, visited King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah to inspect the services and operational arrangements being provided for pilgrims arriving for Hajj 1447 AH.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the minister reviewed the systems and procedures in place by the concerned authorities to ensure the smooth reception of pilgrims and their safe transfer to accommodation areas.
During his visit, Al-Rabiah appreciated the efforts of airport staff for improving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall quality of services offered to pilgrims.
The inspection tour included pilgrim terminals, the command and control center, as well as Terminals 1 and 4 of the airport, where key arrangements were reviewed in detail.
He also met and welcomed several arriving pilgrims at the airport. He wished them a peaceful and comfortable Hajj journey, in line with the Saudi leadership’s commitment to serving pilgrims and facilitating their religious rituals with ease.
