According to Bangladeshi media, the incident occurred on Monday afternoon when the training plane took off at 1:06 p.m. local time, but the plane crashed into a school building in the Uttara area of Dhaka.
Bangladeshi media confirmed that one person was killed in the incident and said that after the incident, rescue workers reached the scene and started rescue operations, while as a result of the accident, the college building caught fire and was severely damaged.

The Bangladesh Army has also confirmed that an Air Force training aircraft, F-7 BGI, has crashed, but the army has not released any information about the casualties or the pilot in the incident.
Rescue officials present at the scene of the accident said that four people were injured in the accident and were transferred to CMH for immediate medical attention.
