Islamabad (Web Desk): The PTA has announced that 5G licences will soon be issued to telecom companies that successfully won the spectrum auction.

Officials said the licences will be given simultaneously to three telecom companies that secured bids during the recent auction process.

However, before receiving the licences, the companies must submit bank guarantees as part of the regulatory requirements.

According to PTA officials, one telecom company has already submitted its bank guarantee. The remaining two companies are expected to provide theirs within the next one to two days.
