Chasing a target of 198, Quetta Gladiators finished at 188 for 7 despite strong batting performances from their top-order players. Openers Shamyl Hussain and captain Saud Shakeel gave Quetta a solid start with a 49-run partnership. Saud scored 17 before being dismissed by Sikandar Raza.
Shamyl continued his fine form and made 53 off 31 balls, hitting five fours and three sixes, but he was run out after settling well at the crease. Rilee Rossouw kept Quetta in the game with a powerful 62 off 29 balls, reaching his 13th PSL fifty, but his dismissal in the 15th over proved costly for the chase.
In the final overs, Haris Rauf bowled tightly and conceded just nine runs in the last over when Quetta needed 19, effectively sealing the match for Lahore.

Abrar Ahmed remained unbeaten on 24, but Quetta still fell short of the target by nine runs. Earlier, Lahore Qalandars posted 197 for 6 after a brilliant innings from Fakhar Zaman.
After losing Mohammad Farooq early, Fakhar and Abdullah Shafique rebuilt the innings with a 57-run partnership. Shafique scored 14 before getting out to Abrar Ahmed. Fakhar then took control of the match, scoring a superb 103 off 51 balls with 11 fours and 6 sixes, bringing up his third PSL century.
He also shared a key 96-run stand with Charith Asalanka, who contributed 31 off 24 balls to push the total higher. Late hitting from Daniel Sams, who remained unbeaten on 18 off 12 balls, helped Lahore finish strongly at 197 for 6. For Quetta, Khalil Ahmed took two wickets, while Abrar Ahmed, Brett Hampton, and Usman Tariq picked up one wicket each.
