President Zardari telephones Saim Ayub, inquires about his health
KARACHI (Web Desk): President Asif Ali Zardari has telephoned Pakistani opening batter Saim Ayub, who was injured in South Africa.

President Zardari inquired about Ayub’s well-being and expressed his best wishes for his speedy recovery.

During the conversation, President Zardari praised Saim Ayub s excellent batting performance, stating that he is a valuable asset to the national team, and his outstanding performances always win the hearts of cricket fans.

Saim Ayub thanked Asif Zardari and mentioned that his good wishes were of great importance to him. He expressed his determination to recover and return to the cricket field soon to continue his impressive performance.

Pakistani opener Saim Ayub was injured during the second Test match against South Africa. While fielding, his right ankle twisted, resulting in a fracture. Doctors have advised him to rest for six weeks to fully recover.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Saim Ayub will remain with the team and return to Pakistan with the national team after the completion of the Test series.

President Asif Zardari also extended his best wishes to the national cricket team, expressing hope that the Pakistani team would achieve more success and bring glory to the country.
